Multimode : Manual (Quick Start) and Semi Automated
Quick-Start Workflow (Manual Mode) : No learning curve to ramp up to using AI - w. Simply open the well formatted prompt ebook in pdf format and use the index to locate the topic you need. Copy the prompt text block inside of an orange colored prompt text box located below the "Copy and Paste" marking. (i.e. Grade 3 : Topic #4 - Prompt # 6 ) and paste it straight into your active AI interface to generate ready-to-print materials, worksheets, exams, or musical clips in seconds.
Semi- Automated Mode (No Copy- No Paste) : Simply upload your prompt ebook in PDF format into the Knowledge Base (Claude Projects) or Knowledge (ChatGPT/Gemini). It works like a "Super-plugin". AI will do the rest and perform the task for you! Here is how it works at the backend -
The "Knowledge" Vault: When the teacher uploads the ebook, the AI platform of your choice creates an index of all your prompts, formulas, and pedagogical rules.
The "Index" Call: When the teacher types "Use Prompt #4," the AI doesn't "see" the text of Prompt #4 in the chat; it searches its own internal index of your uploaded PDF, finds the exact matching prompt, and executes it for you as if the teacher had typed it perfectly themselves.

A Quick Word of "Technical" Caution
To avoid AI misinterpreations - "cite the prompt by name/number" rather than just saying "do the math prompt."
